On the Taskbar, the System Tray Arrow to Hide/Unhide Icons disappears
on a regular basis. Sometimes it's there, other times it's not. What
can I do to correct this little problem? I have my icons set to "hide
when inactive" - all but one, which I have set to "always show". When
the Arrow disappears, all icons are shown.

Thanks
Charliec

Charliec,

Right-click the START button | Properties | left tab & uncheck HIDE INACTIVE ICONS | click
APPLY | click OK

Wouldn't that just show the icons all the time? I would like to hide
inactive icons when not in use. What am I missing?

Charliec,

Best thing you can do is to get rid of the majority of them anyway. Think for each one
there you are using 3MB of your RAM

I use Classic Theme, unhide them & thenremove as many as possible
