WinDVD has appeared on screen since attaching a Samsung digi camera.
after clicking as told the following message appears 'The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable'
ALL efforts to remove or rectify have failed.
Error 1706 is displayed on screen
Unable to swich off pc correctly as the WinDVD installer appears again
What have I done?
What do I do to get back to normal?
Tried sytem restore and other efforts to no avail
Any help gratefully received, the least technical the better as am a new silver surfer
