windows2000 pro registry problem

I hope this is the right forum, I'm new here.

I had installed a Hard Lock Server (wrong thing to do!) and then uninstalled it. Now I can't get the registry key for this deleted - I've attached a screen shot of the key. Hopefully someone can help!!

Try booting in safe mode and deleting the key.
