I have a Windows XP and recently had NETGEAR installed to have access to the internet. My "Welcome Screen and User Accounts" are missing. The user accounts are in the Control Panel under user accounts but, "Change how users log in/off," Windows and Fast
Switch have been disabled. I am now have the classic to sign in on my account but I am now the only user on this computer. Can you help me fix this without uninstalling NETGEAR? Thank you so much for your time.
