Too bad MS can't setup the newsgroup server to cancel/delete all posts from
travolta###@gmail.com.

Or can they?

He keeps changing his account name.

That's why I used ### in his email addy. Maybe their filter can work using
wildcards? Granted, this may prevent other valid travolta*@gmail.com
accounts from posting, but what are the chances they'll post here?

At least have them contact Google since they own GMail and tell them to drop
the owner entirely. Not sure if that even works either since I don't use
GMail and don't know what you need to setup an account.

Re: **SPAM**

yeh, google does remove
the gmail account. but
the sh*t h**d just creates
a couple of new ones later.

Re: **SPAM**

The same user has used 3 or 4 different e-mail accounts in the past few days

I have reported all e-mail addresses he's used to Microsoft

Microsoft can delete his posts, but to filter out the user wouldn't be done as a
real user could use a similar name & then what happens then? An IP block would
be a better way in my eyes

With miscreant amateur radio operators (hams) we used to stick a pin in

Perhaps if many of us filed complaints with the blog host about his obvious
copyright infringements (mention good old DMCA) the so-called blog itself
could get pulled.

His current content about NTFS vs FAT and Repair Installation is lifted from
Microsoft, Ctrl-Alt-Del from techbargains.com. I'll bet there's not one
original paragraph to be found.

Re: **SPAM**

There is no apparent way to get rid of spam permanently. I have blocked
senders, reported to my ISP and also returned the mails to sender but still
they keep on coming. Some time ago it was Breast enlargement and now its
viagra etc and p--- enlargement. I only find the option of deleting such
mails but cannot find a manner to rid myself permanently.
Its rather unfortunate.
