Hi Andrew E.: Thank you for responding. I do appreciate you assistance.
I believe the version of my installer is current. The full version number is 4.5.6001.22159. However, I now have another window that also repeatedly opens and makes it difficult for me to upgrade my software skills on my old PC.
This other box says 'HP Digital Media Archive.' "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is not available. Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'EZARC.msi' in the box below" The box below contains the following: 'c:\hp\tmp\src\DMA_20\'
