you include more detail on what it is you are seeing, what lead you to this
point, more on what you have tried to remedy it, etc.

Switch 3D mode is gaming, 3D means your graphics card
interacts with specific soundcards to create "on-the-fly"
surround sound correlating to how the game is being played -
Identify the make and exact model number of both your
graphics card and soundcard and visit their sites support links.
