Hello Everybody,
I have an original copy of Windows XP Pro 2002.

A few days ago I bought a new 400Gb hard drive because my old hard drive died.

The thing is during installation, my copy of Windows XP didn't recognized
the full hard drive capacity (it only recognized 137Gb).

So I created only one partition (full 137Gb) and Installed Windows XP, then
I installed windows xp SP1 and Partition Magic 8 and create a new partition
in the 250gb remaining.

The thing is that after installing a program my pc crashed and I had to
reistall everything again.

Again this time, Windows xp didn't recognized the 2nd partition.

After reinstalling windows xp pro, I reinstalled windows xp pro SP1 and I
though this time windows would recognize the 2nd partition I've already
created before, but it didn't, so I had to recreate the 2nd partition with
partition magic 8.
Fortunately I haven't had anything saved in the second partition otherwise
I've would lost everything !

My question is:

Is there anyway to let my copy of windows xp 2002 to see the partitions of
my new Hard Drive during reinstallation?

Thank You all

Regards and happy new year
