Windows XP Proffesional SP2

Since crashing and restore carried out and SP2 reinstalled, all but one of two user accounts causes crash at desktop display interval and bottom row tool bar does not form correctly at this time. Similar happens when new account generated and attempt to use, also unable to deleted the one faulty original account ( which is one of two required ) both accounts originally had admin rights. The other remaining admin account functions normally.

Can anyone help???

I guess I'm a little confused at what you are trying to explain. Did you do a system restore, or did you reinstall the operating system?

If you reinstalled the entire OS and are having these probs, then you probably have some bad hardware, usually memory.

If you just did a system restore, or repair, then it could be all kinds of things.

Please tell us why you did the initial restore in the first place, and how you did it. And any other info on the original problem that you could think of.This will help narrow things down a bit.
