Windows XP Media Center shuts off on it's own

I have a Viewsonic media center Win XP machine that shuts down.
End Program box comes up saying
End Program - CiceroUIWndFrame, you can cancel it and sometimes it will continue to shut down and other times it runs.
What I have to do in order to keep the machine from shutting down is log into another computer on my network and open a file. It will ask me to save my file before shutting down. Without a file open it's gone in a matter of minutes.

go to Add/Remove Progams in the Control Panel, Add/Remove Features-Office Shared Features->Alternative User Input

And make unavailable, Speech and Handwriting.

This is an MS Office program error, you can fix it by installing the latest service pack.
