Hi,
I'm having a problem with a computer that I'm trying to fix. It is running Windows XP. (I know it's out of support, but I can't really do anything about that right now...)
What happens is this: Out of nowhere, (usually within 5-15 minutes), sometimes even before I log on, the computer will just hang. My only option is to force shutdown the computer.
I've run chkdsk/r multiple times and all the times it said that there was nothing wrong with the hard drive. I've also run system restore multiple times, and sometimes the computer would hang during the restore operation.
Please help me out, I'm looking to fix this computer as much as I can and as soon as possible.
