windows XP home blue screen

I just got the blue screen and need some help, it gave me.....
Technical information:
Stop: 0x0000007E (0xC0000005, 0X804DA4F8, 0XF96D9BDC, 0XF96D98D8)
Physical memory dump complete

Can someone help me, Thanks Mike
 
Hit F8 as it starts boot and see if it puts you in safe mode.

Look up the Stop Error here:

That particular error is usually connected with bad drivers or bad
hardware. If you haven't updated drivers lately, then do some hardware
troubleshooting. Start with RAM testing and do the hard drive next. If
you did update drivers, roll them back.

frank, I did already try that but it goes into safe mode and then locks up

Did you just install anything? Could be a conflict someplace. Try booting
from your Windows CD.
