windows vista Produckt code

i have bought a Notbook , and after 20 days it appears a small window that
says that i must enter the produckt code for mine windows Vista Home premium.
but i dont know what to do because when i have gone to the seller he has
said that the windows is not gratantied , what i am going to do .
the probelm is a Company Problem i think.
i have called all the support that i know but they say that i must bought
anew windows Vista can clear anybody this problem
 
You don't say whether this Notebook was purchased New from a reputable store
or from somewhere like e-bay. I'm somewhat puzzled at you approaching the
'seller' and being told that Windows is not guaranteed that sets alarm
bells ringing. This are made worse by you indicating that you have called
all the support that you know and they say you must buy another copy. This
makes me wonder if the copy you have maybe a pirated copy. If this is the
case then, depending upon where you purchased the Notebook, you will
probably 'have' to purchase a legitimate copy. If you purchased it through
e-bay then you don't really have much redress. However if a store sold it to
you brand new then a legitimate copy should have been installed in which
case it is up to the store to put things right - either that or you tell
Microsoft that they are supplying pirated copies of Windows on their
systems.

The product code is usually located on a sticker on the bottom of a
laptop/notebook so check there first to see if you can locate it.
