When I was downloading windows 8.1 , i thought i had already plugged my charger into my computer . I leave my laptop and come back after a while . It was dead . I plug the charger into my computer and go straight to the store . I click " upgrade to windows 8.1 " . I hit download and after a while a little line across my screen says " windows 8.1 cannot be downloaded . something went wrong . try again or close " of course i clicked try again .....over and over then gave up .
