Cloned hard drive to larger hard drive and replaced in laptop. Everything worked fine until I was prompted to reactivate Windows Vista Ultimate (32bit), which I did by phone. Now Windows Update is not working - service is not active. Is this a known problem?
Any suggestions to correct would be appreciated. Ran Malewarebytes, Turned off automatic Update and then restarted (suggested in a forum), and tried repair with installation disk, none of these has worked yet.
