Windows Update Not Working after cloning to 1tb Hard Drive

I recently had a hard drive crash and replaced it with a Seagate 1Tb Hard Disk running Windows 7 64bit. I have tried the intel rapid storage driver fix with no success. I am at a loss of what to do here. I am posting the windowsupdate log file along
with this post. Any help is greatly appreciated..
