I keep getting this error every time I try to install Windows updates. I have tried the following solutions already:

I get an error saying that both those files can't be found.
I have also tried this solution:
http://emrystech.blogspot.com/2011/01/resolving-windows-update-error-code.html
Everything deleted except for the ".TM" files which were also not found.
Anyone know how to fix this?
