i bought a new vaio... and was super excited... but now i'm just super frustrated.apps won't download... it begins, and the n it says "something has happened and your puechase can't be completed."so i followed the suggestion to update my windows... though my computer is BRAND NEW and it stated "checking for updates for 14hrs.... i turned it off...i do want to love my new computer!! but i don't know what to do with it....i'm sad...
