Hi. I'm trying to update my Operating System (Windows 8) and while I can download the updates, it can't be installed. After the download it only says "Preparing for Installation". I tried to troubleshoot it and it showed that there was an error in one
of the updates and such but then it was already fixed (Troubleshooter said so..) So I tried again and yet nothing happens. What's happening??
