I recently changed the hard drive on my Toshiba SatelliteC655 laptop. Since completing the system restore, Window update and the troubleshooter will not work. I tried completing a clean reboot, but that did not fix the problem. Any suggestions? My OS is
Windows 7 Home premium 64 bit.
