My computer has been unable to load certain Microsoft Office 2007 updates and a couple of xp ones since Jan 13. Everyday it asks me to update and every day it fails? I have tried using Mr Fix It from Microsoft but nothing seems to work?
The updates are:-

It fails every time, I dont know how to fix it, can anyone in the know help please.
My computer supplier just wants to sell me a new one!
