Hello, I am having a problem with my CD Drive reader. Whenever I try to load a disk (any disk) it does not appear in the Active Device directory. When I go to the Device Manager, and try to fix it using the troubleshooter, this comes up as a result.
There is a problem with the driver for CD-ROM Drive. The driver needs to be reinstalled.Device informationName: CD-ROM DriveID: IDECDROMTSSTCORP_DVD+-RW_SN-208BB_______________D100____4&816039F&0&0.1.0Error code: 19
I run a Inspiron laptop, and I am unable to physically remove the device.
Anyone have any idea how to fix this?
