hello. I need help on recovring this Windows\System32\Config\System.

I have searched around google and found out how to do it but I have a
difficult problem.

I have 2 Recovery console accounts. WINDOW(corrupted one) and WINXP(the new
one)
I need to fix WINDOW but I can't because it requires the password that I
have never set up...

I tried to fix WINDOW with logging in as WINXP and was access denied. WINXP
starts fine, so can I do something in WINXP to fix WINDOW?

Please can anyone tell me the solution to fix WINDOW beside Formatting?
Does anyone know just any solution? Or how to change the password I NEVER
SET UP for WINDOW?

Here ya go.

From "http://www.theeldergeek.com"
Recovery Console Password-
On many XP installations you can't start the Recovery Console because it
won't recognize your password. This registry edit causes the Recovery
Console not to ask for a password. This works for both XP Home and XP
Professional.
Start | Run | Regedit
Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Setup\RecoveryConsole
Set the DWORD SecurityLevel value to 1
Exit Registry and Reboot

Thank you Mike, I have tried that. I'll explain the reason why that doesn't
work.

WINXP is the only working OS in my computer right now, my goal is to fix
WINDOWS OS. So i'll have to do that regedit method on WINXP sinc WINXP works
and could go on the windows but WINDOWS can't.
So i did the Regedit method with WINXP and it only applied to WINXP, not
WINDOWS.

So what i'm looking for is how do i do that method and make it apply for
both OS not only WINXP?
