Hi All,

I hope someone can help me....Just recently my computer has started to crash
(it goes to a black screen), then a blue screen appears and it says at bottom
that it is dumping physical memory to disk. Then it restarts.

It says the problem is caused by a device driver. I have absolutley no idea
what to do, but I need to fix this problem as it is happening frequently now
and I'm sure it can't be good for my PC.

Please help....I will provide any info required to get to the bottom of this.

I have Windows XP home, service pack 2.

Regards,

Caz x

Without the Stop Error details, no one can help you. The next time you
get the Stop Error, write it down and look it up here:

http://www.aumha.org/win5/kbestop.htm

The way the Stop Error information is organized at that website will
also show you what details of the Error to include should you need to
make another post here.

In the meantime, ask yourself The First Question Of Troubleshooting:
what changed between the time things worked and the time they didn't? If
you have made a change that coincides with the Stop Errors, reverse that
change.
