Windows Smartscreen, Search and store not able to connect to internet.

82223f8ea791fbf1ceb433a512ff8da4._.pnge19961d8dbd88dd799b33d4380bfe97d._.pngd664f04a046f5b1443f8bdd7763ba3fe._.pngWhenever I try to install any program it comes up "Windows Smartscreen Cannot be reached at the moment" My internet connection is good and it still appears. Also whenever I use the built in search thing to try and search the internet. "Something went wrong with your search". Lastly., when I try to go onto the store it says "We weren't able to connect to the store". Any ideas to fix these problems?
