windows server 2k3 standard edition R2 UDDI services supported?

I read in the following link that UDDI is partially supported (?) for
windows server 2003 standard edition R2.

So what is supported and not supported with regards to UDDI in this edition
of win 2k3 server?

What specifically does it mean by UDDI "feature partially supported" for the
standard edition as compared to the enterprise edition which has the UDDI
"feature included"?

Is there someone who can help answer my question? We are intending to
purchase either the Standard R2 version or the Enterprise R2 version, and
this feature is important to us.
