Hello folks
I bought my Surface RT in Dec-13, and I started using by Jan-14 end. I am getting this problem of Surface getting restarted frequently to update the Surface RT irrespective of any applications being installed.
Also, I couldn't install any applications or Update Surface RT to Window 8/8.1. I have very good internet connection but still It gives message "internet connection is slow. please try again using a different connection"
