I have Windows Rights Management
(WindowsRightsManagementServicesSP2-KB917275-Client-ENU-x86.exe). What is
it?

Thank you,

Barry Karas

See http://support.microsoft.com/kb/917275. The app is for Windows Server
2003, not for Windows XP.

From what I see, I can delleete the program with no adverse consequences
since I do not use the program.
