here as well as in a number of other places, with updates (KB2656351) and (KB2600217) both having been successfully installed 13 times each so far according to my update history. Yet each time I boot up it asks me to do the same again.
Lots of people still seems to be looking for an answer to this, but all I can do is ask again...
