Windows Remote Apps won't connect from one machine

I have setup Remote apps on a server and have about 12 machines connecting to http://server.domainname.com/rdweb. They all connect fine, login and see the apps being published to them. However, one machine can not launch the applications. No matter who logs onto the machine no matter what browser you use. When you click on an application, it says remote desktop can't connect to the remote computer. DNS is right, the machine right next to it works fine. Please let me know what I am missing.
