here is my story I installed some software called Advanced System Optimizer then it did some registry check up, unfortunately i forgot to create a backup restore point, thus I went on ahead and ticked 'optimize now' and then it told me to reboot. Though at the same time i unistalled Kaspersky Anti-Virus and at the same time installed BitDefender. So when it was restarting it started doing some registry command prompt before windows loaded. Then when the reboot was over some of my software like IDM, Tune Up Utilities stopped working. When i try to open, delete, uninstall he software stated in this line, it gives me an error saying I require administrative permission despite me being the administrator and only user on my pc. So I don't know what has caused some of my software to stop working. Please HELP ME, possibly with some advanced troubleshooting command prompt.
