Windows not updating

Hi all,2 updates (kb2478662 and kb2446710) have not been updating on my computer. I've tried a number of options like downloading these directly off the site, msconfig and using microsoftfixit, none of which worked. This is preventing me from downloading itunes. Any
help is greatly appreciated.Dave
