Windows Mobile 6.1, How to get latest MMS Installer? How to install it?

I do have a Samsung i617 with Windows Mobile 6.1, and while downloading settings thru Afaria, it detects that MMS Installer version is Old and no longer supported.
So it asks for an updated version.

How to get latest MMS Installer?
How to install it?

Any suggestion is very welcome!
