When I double click a media file that opens WMP, it opens to cover
about 98% of the screen. It leaves the top right corner red X
available that closes the program running beneath WMP. Very
frustrating.......how can I get it to open full screen?

Thanks

Jack,

What is you press ALT + ENTER? That's the FULL SCREEN shortcut

Either ALT+ENTER or double click in the playing area.

I should have noted that either option will only work while video is
actually playing.
