Windows Media Player

I want to completely delete Windows Media Player and reinstall it. I am
unable to delete it. It says some other program is using it so I can't.
Have no idea as I am not running any programs when I try this. Please tell
me how to delete it.

Try restarting your computer and then doing it. Go to Control Panel >>
Add or Remove Programs and uninstall anything that starts with Windows
Media Player. If you can't uninstall it normally, try uninstalling it
in Safe Mode.
