Hi All,

My problem is that every time I start my computer Windows Media Player
Network Sharing Service stops responding and has to close. There is no data
associated with the problem. Media Player itself crashes immediately upon
opening. I have been looking for a fix for this problem for some time and
have yet to find a solution. I have Vista Ultimate x64 with all available
updates installed. At this point I am going to just disable the service
altogether until a solution is found. This is quite annoying. So much for the
Media Center capabilities of Vista Ultimate. System: ASUS P5N32E-SLI MoBo
BIOS 1404, Intel E8500 CPU, ASUS EN8800GTX Video Card, ASUS Xonar DX Sound
Card, 6GB RAM, 4x 320GB Hard Drives. All the latest available drivers
installed. System works great except for this issue. Any help would be
greatly appreciated. Thanks. John Zimmermann

John, post it in this 64bit Newsgroup.

What's the fault data for that crash in the Problem Reports and Solutions
Center control panel?
