Windows Media Player 12 filetype associations

Windows Media Player 12 from Windows 8 make filetype associations in registry like this:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionApplicationAssociationToasts]
&quotWMP11.AssocFile.3G2_.3g2&quot=dword:00000000
or
[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionExplorerFileExts.3gp2UserChoice]
&quotProgId&quot=&quotWMP11.AssocFile.3G2&quot
Since WMP version from Windows 8 it's 12.9200.16384,
I thought it would be right to use WMP12.
