Windows Media Player 11 doesn't recognize my AT&T Tilt (HTC 8925)

Hi,

I'm at my wit's end with this - I've been scouring the internet for two
weeks trying to find a solution, and nothing has worked.

Here's what's happening:

I used to have a Samsung Blackjack and Windows XP and was able to sync my
media. I upgraded to Vista Home Premium, and was unable to sync my media
with the Blackjack (neither the device nor the storage card was recognized by
WMP 11).

I have since upgraded my phone and now have an AT&T Tilt (also known as
HTC8925), and am having the same problems - regardless of what I do (as I
said, I've scoured the 'net and tried everything I could find), WMP 11 will
not recognize my device.

Here's the real rub: The device syncs through Windows Device Center without
a problem, so I know Vista sees the device, but I can't for the life of me
figure out why WMP 11 won't.

Please help!!!!!!!

Re: Windows Media Player 11 doesn't recognize my AT&T Tilt (HTC 89

Hi Zach - thanks for the quick reply, unfortunately that didn't help - I
installed it, restarted, and nothing changed - I'm still having the same
problem - any other suggestions?
