Winkey+R. Type ehshell.exe. Press Enter.

Thanks, I knew where it was,m I just couldn't execute it. By the way, when I
right click it, I don't have a "pin" option? So I copied it into the startup
programs. But it fails with an error: Program restrictions prevent from
executing?

"startup" folder is for loading programs when Windows starts. It is
TOTALLY different than the "Start Menu".

Get it out of there.

I got it out right after it failed to execute, duh-uh.
Why don't you tell me why it won't execute?

If I knew, I'd be the first to tell you. Sorry.

I fixed it. start, Default Programs, "Set Program Access and Computer
Defaults".
You will see Windows Media Player and Windows Media Center. Choose Media
Center. Close out. Now you will see Windows Media Center in your "programs"
list.
