Please help I do not know what else to do?

Windows Media Center crashes are a little hard to deal with psychically -
actual technical support would be able to handle those better.

Is Windows Media Player functioning? Crashes in the player are easier to
suss out.

When opening Windows Media Center it doesn't allow me to do anything before
it crashes in about 20 seconds. My Windows Media player works fine.
