I am running Windows 7, IE 11 and Windows Live Mail. Recently I am unable to open links contained in emails that I receive. I have checked all of the settings mentioned in every search discussion that I can find but to no avail. Defaults are all applied correctly. Here is an example of a link that will not open

I don't know if it matters but it appears the email with the above link was sent in Unicode UTF8.
