I shut off the computer why it was still updating. when i turned it back on it keeps saying updates were not configured properly reverting changes. do not turn off computer.. Then it goes to a black screen.. for a little bit then it says acer then black
screen. then loading symbol with microsoft corporation.. then it just keeps repeating it self.. but i don"t want to lose the stuff that i have on there so what do i do?
