I have downloaded the XP update providing the "Photo Info" option for image
files. In general I like it, but it does have a glitch that puzzles me. When
using Photoshop 7 or VB (using an Active-X control) to encode thousands of
photographs, programs such as Photoshop, Picasa, and VB (using the Active-X
control) can retrieve the encoded info. However, Windows Explorer will not
show the info in the file list! I have to do is modify the entry (using Photo
Info, which "sees" the encoded info) and it now appears in the directory list.

Is this a known problem? Is there a fix? Is there a work-around?
