windows encountered a problem installing the driver software for your device (access denied)

Hello
iam using Hp Pavilion G6 ,,,on Windows 7 homebasic Sp1
i can not update or install any driver due to this (access denied) problem
my usb storage on my phone was not working with my pc so i uninstalled the driver then tried installing it again and i found this problem

my phone (Htc Sensation) (Mtp Device driver)



i tried another phone (samsung wave1) i uninstalled the driver as well and now i cannot also install the samsung usb composite driver (same error message)



so ,, i Tried Gaining my Access rights
i became owner and administrator of my pc


i gained access to
C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\FileRepository
and got special access (full control)


but still ,, i can not install the drivers ,, even manually
i dont have any system restore points unfortunately ,,, i only have Hp Recovery ,,
i also tried installing driver on safemode (minimal with network)
same error
i ran full system scan with Microsoft security essentials (fully updated) ,, no threats
what can i do ??!
