After installing a new hard drive (old one failed). I had to reinstall
Windows - not to mention everything else. After I installed and started up
Windows XP, it automatically detected and installed my Printer. However, it
doesn't detect my Belkin 54g Network Card. I've tried multiple things, such
as installing the software that came with the card, taking the card out and
reinserting it. I dunno what's wrong with it.

What does Belkin say? Have you tried another slot? Does the card work in
other systems?

Right click My Computer and select properties, on the system properties
click on Hardware Tab then on Device Manger.
There locate the Network Adapter and click on the Plus [+] to expand it and
see if your Card listed there, then click on Scan for Hardware and see if it
will find it.
Try another Card and see if it will work, if it did and you have the receipt
take it back to the supplier and get refund or dump it in the bin.

In addition to the suggestion by Nass also check the "Other Devices"
category. If there is anything listed there it is probably something
that was not correctly detected or was improperly installed during the
original reinstall. Right-click on the device entry and select
"Uninstall". Then shut down and restart the computer. The device
should be redetected and this time you should be able to install the
proper drivers.

Good luck
