Windows Defender service is not starting

Hi,

I have Quick Heal Total Security 2014 anti virus. It also provides Malware tool.

Now i want to switch from Quick heal malware tootl to Windows defender. But when i tries to start windows defender from Services an error massage appears :




If any one can help me than please reply.
