Bought a new Netbook MSI U180 with Windows 7 Starter, running ok except that Windows Update will not run, says "Windows could not search for new updates" Error Code 8024402F Windows encountered an unknown error.
Seems to be a lot of problems listed for Windows Update not running but no solutions appear to work.
Do you think it is a fault with this Netbook and should I return to supplier for a refund or exchange?
Frightened if I exchange it will have same fault.
