Hi and I have a laptop that has had this problem since the new year and have never got around to fixing it. After shutdown there would be a notice that says PLEASE DO NOT PLUG OFF YOUR MACHINE/ INSTALLING UPDATES 1 OF 2 now at first it was normal because
it was just a regular update but it appears every time after shutdown now and is quite annoying having to wait an hour before the screen is black. I have tried the microsoft fix software, it worked, but only for a day. I have tried resetting windows updates
and nothing helped . Solutions anyone?
