I ran sfc/scannow as suggested in my previous post and found a file it could not fix:
2013-03-03 11:26:35, Info CSI 000001fd [SR] Could not reproject corrupted file [ml:520{260},l:46{23}]"??C:WindowsSystem32"[l:22{11}]"autochk.exe" source file in store is also corrupted
Since both the working file and the source are corrupted, where can I get an un-corrupted version of "autochk.exe" and how do I go about replacing this one?
Running Vista Professional SP2.
Thanks, Lester
