Windows Calendar/Contacts and Windows Mobile 6

So, I have Vista Ultimate x64, and everything I need to sync my iPAQ with
Outlook 2007... now... what if I didn't want to sync with Outlook, what if I
wanted to sync with Windows Calendar and Contacts and even Mail? Is this
possible?
